	Food Overview The world's top chefs, cookbook authors, farmers, and artisan food producers come to COPIA to share their passion for food. We bring the culinary arts deliciously to life with cooking demonstrations, hands-on workshops, exhibits and plenty of opportunities to taste.
	Gardens Overview COPIA features three and one half acres of edible gardens. That's right, we said edible. Architects Peter Walker and Partners of Berkeley, CA created the layout of the garden, which is shaped in a grid, and inspired by the gardens of Villandry in the Loire Valley of France.
	Arts Overview Here at COPIA, we feature contemporary art, photography, design and artifacts related to food and wine. Our installations change regularly and feature the work of artists, academics, architects, metalworkers, sculptors, and photographers, among others.
