Serves 6 to 8
2 pounds winter greens (chard, kale, spinach, mustard, etc. or a combination), stems removed, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Kosher salt to taste
Place the greens in a large bowl; set aside. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and salt together. Drizzle the dressing over the greens. Taste and add more salt to your taste.
