Crème de Papaya con Cassis

(Papaya Cream with Blackcurrant Liquor)

This is an easy and refreshing dessert that can be ready in less than five minutes. It can also be made ahead, making entertaining easy and relaxing!

 

Serves 6

1 cup crème fraiche
One 14-ounce can condensed milk
2 papayas, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
6 tablespoons Crème de Cassis

In a blender, combine the crème fraiche, condensed milk and papaya and process until creamy. Divide the cream among six stemmed glasses and chill for at least 30 minutes. When ready to serve, swirl about 1 tablespoon Crème de Cassis into each glass.
