Learn what happens when you pair certain wines with certain foods and decide which pairings you enjoy most. COPIA's entertaining experts solve the mystery of balancing the flavors in food and wine, and show you to select wines to serve with everything. We'll sample two wines with a tasting plate to help you demystify what works, what doesn't, and why.
