Culinary Programs Manager
The Culinary Programs Manager is responsible for the management of the Culinary Programs kitchen, including ordering, storage, production and service of all food produced in the Culinary Programs kitchen. This includes, but is not limited to, weekly Taste of COPIA Lunches, guest chef programs, tastings, Atrium Tasting Demonstration station, daily food programs, special food programs and festivals. This position supports the VP of Campus & Visitor Experience/Director of Culinary Programs in the research, development and implementation of culinary programs, both on-site and on-line. The Culinary Programs Manager (CPM) supervises kitchen staff, oversees kitchen safety and sanitation and maintains inventories. The CPM works with Julia’s Kitchen staff to manage outsourcing of food preparation and ordering when appropriate and serves as instructor for public and private culinary classes.
Wine Programs Instructor
The Wine Programs Instructor is one of COPIA’s wine tasting ambassadors. This position requires a passionate appreciation and respect for wine as well as desire to educate and share this with our visitors. Demonstrates COPIA’s hospitality training to ensure high quality customer service standards; practices Alcohol Beverage Control policies for wine service.
