Makes about 1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and brown sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the ginger, garlic and red pepper.
